- 1/4 oz (7 ml) maple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1/4 oz (7 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- Large ice cube
- Orange peel for garnish

In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, maple syrup, orange bitters, and olive oil. - Stir and Emulsify
Stir the mixture gently with ice for 30–40 seconds, allowing the olive oil to blend with the bourbon for a velvety texture. - Serve
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. - Garnish
Express the oils of an orange peel over the drink, then place it in the glass as garnish. - Savour
