Relying on the naturally fertile land and wonderful climate, very little intervention is required to grow superb olive trees at the Lepur Farm. This includes minimal watering to ensure the roots drive deep into the soil. The olives are hand-picked from early harvest to peak ripeness and then cold-pressed to preserve their natural nutrients and flavour. This results in a high-quality, nutrient-rich olive oil with a robust and complex flavour, and reflects a deep respect for natural processes. Lepur oils are certified organic under EU regulations (Hrvatski Eco and HR-EKO-03) with organic certification to serve the UK market in process.
