Our extra virgin olive oils, in mono or blended forms, have a medium to spicy taste reminiscent of grass and almonds. The exceptional taste of our oils is attributed to a combination of factors, including the unique variety of olives used, the Dalmatia climate, soil conditions, organic farming, hand-harvesting and cold-pressed processing.

Monounsaturated fats (oleic acid): Olive oil is primarily composed of monounsaturated fats, with oleic acid being the most abundant. These healthy fats have been associated with reduced risk factors for heart disease and improved cholesterol levels.
Polyphenols: Olive oil is rich in polyphenols (antioxidants that help protect the body from oxidative stress and inflammation). One prominent polyphenol found in olive oil is oleocanthal, which has been likened to the anti-inflammatory effects of ibuprofen.
